Wario's Alternate Forms (2006 Series)

Wario did not have any transformations inside of Super Mario Bros. Z, although some non canon intro only forms have appeared.

Intro-only forms

• Wario Man: the intro to Episode 3, Wario stole a Cape Feather from Mario and transformed into Wario Man. He quickly left the scene with Mario in hot pursuit.
